In the event that you choose to cancel a refundable good or service, you are entitled to a complete refund provided you meet the following requirements –
Billing Frequency Refund Eligibility
- 1 year or more – If you cancel within 30 days after the transaction date, you can get a full refund.
- Less than 1 year – If you cancel within 48 hours after the transaction date, you can get a full refund.
- Date of the Transaction – The date of the transaction is the first time you buy the good or service, or the date COCKOO Host processes any renewals.
Products can be canceled at any time, however, refunds are subject to certain conditions.

After deducting the costs of non-refundable services from any payments you may have made, refunds are determined.
Special Notes on Domain Registrations and Renewals
All domain names are registered and renewed indefinitely. After they are finished, they cannot be undone. Make sure there are no mistakes by checking again before confirming your order.
Purchases with Free Domain Inclusions
In the event that a service with a free domain is canceled, the refund will be less than the usual domain rate.
Money-Back Guarantee for Hosting Services
A 30-day money-back guarantee is available from COCKOO Host for a few hosting services. You can use the cancellation form on your COCKOO Host dashboard to end your service if you’re not happy during the first thirty days of your purchase. After cancellation, refunds are granted within 7 days.
This guarantee is only valid for payments made for the first hosting term, and it requires a written request made through the COCKOO Host dashboard. Only new accounts are able to use it.
Renewals
In order to avoid any disruptions, services are renewed automatically. There will be a 15-day notice period before renewals. You must terminate the service using your COCKOO Host dashboard prior to the renewal date if you wish to stop automatic renewal.
Cancellation Process
Anytime you want to stop receiving services, you can use the online cancellation form located in your dashboard. All costs incurred up until the cancellation’s effective date are your responsibility.
After processing your cancellation request, you will get an email confirmation. Should you fail to obtain this, kindly get in touch with COCKOO Host Customer Support.
The dashboard is where cancellations must be made in order to –
(a) Confirm your identification.
(b) Provide written confirmation that you consent to have all files and emails deleted from our servers.
(c) To prevent any mistakes or fraudulent activity, make sure the request is documented.
